Organic Vegetable Farm at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh
The newly cultivated organic vegetable farm and mango orchard of over 3,100 sqm is one of the largest resort farms in Vietnam. All vegetables are available on the restaurant menus and guests are free to pick their own organic vegetables and collect free-range eggs for breakfast while young visitors can attend a farm school on weekends learning how to care for animals.

These include instilling sustainable assessment measures for all new development projects by 2023, setting benchmarks for energy/water consumption and waste production by 2025, to reducing the literal carbon footprint from the company’s operations.

Key goals surrounding green initiatives and certifications have been put in place to be accomplish by 2025. These range from seeking EDGE Certification Application for all new developments, reduce food waste by 30%, divert 50% of waste from landfills to reducing the amount of single use plastic straws by 100% and plastic bottles and bags by -50%,
Health, Safety and Wellbeing
Health, Safety and Wellbeing is fundamental to who Lodgis is as an organization and a series of measures will be implemented to support this. For instance, workplace incident prevention policies, and annual training to associates for fire awareness to be introduced as well as specific surveys on wellbeing to be conducted annually and group wide.
Working Environment
Education and Professional Growth are key components of Lodgis’ social responsibility with a strong commitment to developing and nurturing its associates through providing five hours of training per month. Equally, promoting and educating on diversity and inclusion is fundamental, and the organization is dedicated to achieving gender parity work environment.
